The KURV is made with a high-quality resin/abrasive mixture  bonded to a strong synthetic thermoplastic polymer. The grits are 150/220. Many of our initial prototypes have been in daily use for months without any (or negligible) signs of wear.

Restore it to like new condition after every few uses by simply placing under running water, lightly scrubbing with a plastic brush, (soap optional) and letting it air dry.

 

The first 1000 customers will also receive a custom, sturdy, protective clear sleeve for their file.
